Join Sarah McBride (SPA/BA ’13), former AU student government president, as she shares her story of love and loss while coming out as transgender during her time at AU. Her new book, “Tomorrow Will Be Different,” provides an insightful look into the LGBTQ community’s battle for equal rights and what it means to be openly transgender.
McBride, who currently serves as national press secretary for the Human Rights Campaign, is one of the nation’s most prominent transgender activists. She weaves important political and cultural milestones into a personal journey that will open hearts and change minds.
