Both the Key Executive Leadership Programs and the Senior Executives Association are committed to the growth and development of leaders in the public sector. 

 

For 40 years, the Key Executive Leadership Programs have developed extraordinary leaders with a passion for public service. Initially established to serve the federal sector, our program has grown to include executives from the state and local levels – along with their peers in the nonprofit and private sectors who partner with, and influence, the federal government.  Since 1980, the Senior Executives Association has excelled as a nonprofit and non-partisan professional membership association that promotes ethical and dynamic public service by fostering an outstanding career executive corps, advocates the interests of career federal executives (both active and retired), contributes to a federal government leadership pipeline, and provides information and services to SEA members.
